The spacious room made it easy to manage baby gear, and the comfortable bed was a delight after long days exploring nearby landmarks like Nagoya Castle and Osu Shopping Street. The staff's willingness to assist with luggage transfer was appreciated, though the breakfast options, especially for coeliacs, could use improvement. we had some lovely family bonding moments and enjoyed the convenient location!

The staff was friendly and amicable. This accommodation was in the central location close to many things. It was also really close to the Yabacho Station, Sakae Station, Fushimi Station and Nagoya Science Museum, the very near in the Main City of Nagoya and many shops and restaurants.

A Mixed Experience
I was eager to visit the Osu Kannon while in Nagoya, as it’s renowned for its vibrant atmosphere and beautiful architecture. I chose Princess Garden for its convenient location close to this landmark. Although I was pleasantly surprised to find a trouser press available upon request, the real highlight was the delectable breakfast at the onsite restaurant, “logic. ” the hospitality of the staff, particularly an English-speaking receptionist, made my stay more enjoyable. They were accommodating and responsive, ensuring I had a comfortable experience despite some initial hiccups.
The first room we received was on the 10th floor, and the wifi connection was poor. the room was dusty and showed signs of neglect, including limescale in the shower.

I got great value for my money at this hotel, with a spacious room that had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially with the language barrier, and the location was perfect for exploring the area, with shopping and dining options just a short walk away.
The morning meal could use a wider selection of options.

During my recent business trip, I spent three nights at this conveniently located hotel. The comfortable bed made for restful nights, and the corner room offered a nice view of the vibrant area coming alive at night. I appreciated the quiet ambiance, as the soundproofing kept distractions at bay. The complimentary amenities like lotion and facial cleanser were a thoughtful touch, and the free coffee and tea were perfect for my early mornings. the spa and sauna provided a relaxing retreat after busy days.
I recommend this hotel.

Staying here was pretty cool with a perfect location near the train station and lots of food options nearby. I loved my corner room with its comfy bed, and even though the area gets lively at night, I barely heard any noise from the neighbors. Plus, they had this awesome amenity station with skin care products that really felt like a nice touch!
But there were some downsides too. The staff had a hard time communicating in English, and the bed was just too hard for my liking. it felt like this weekend trip wasn’t really worth the price.

We had a nice stay at princess garden, where our check-in went smoothly and the staff communicated well in english. we enjoyed a spacious room, which was a pleasant surprise as most hotels are quite small in japan. the location was excellent, with plenty of food, shopping, and entertainment nearby. we also appreciated the sauna spa available and the daily supply of fresh towels and bathrobes.
Not one thing! 🙁.

Great location surrounded by restaurants and shops, and our room was surprisingly spacious. The staff were friendly, though some English barriers existed. Cleaners did a decent job daily. Just a heads up about the noise from the street and a few quirks with the amenities!

I stayed for a few nights at the hotel for a cozy getaway with friends, and it was a good experience! The spacious room easily accommodated three large suitcases and boasted a comfortable bed. The location was fantastic, with restaurants and entertainment just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and efficiently helped us ship our suitcases ahead. Housekeeping provided fresh consumables daily, and the soundproofing kept our stay peaceful. The amenity station was a nice touch, with skincare products and coffee available.
